Wescove

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wescove LLC ("Wescove," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website or use our service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and the market details you submit when requesting a sample or subscribing. When you purchase, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not see or store full card numbers. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, to operate and improve the site.

2. About the Lead Data We Sell

The business-registration records we compile and deliver come from publicly available Florida state records and concern businesses and their registered agents. This Policy governs the personal information of our website visitors and customers — not the public-record business data that is the subject of our Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to: deliver the Service and your lead lists; process payments and manage your subscription; send you transactional messages and product updates; respond to your inquiries; and protect, maintain, and improve the Service. We use email you provide to send your sample, your lists, and related updates; you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card information is provided directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's privacy practices. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, and your billing email.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example, payment processing, email delivery, and hosting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We may use essential cookies and basic analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
